Doing this from memory:
1. Eat lots of animals & plants. (No insects for me, thankyouverymuch!)
Breakfast - 2 eggs, ~ bacon, sausage
Lunch - pastrami, smoked beef, cheese, plum ...
Dinner - some decent and some crappy stuff at a restaurant, included pie & ice cream.

3. Lift heavy things.
Regularly lifting 17lb infant and occasionally lifting 36lb 3yo during day.
4. Run really fast once in a while.
Sprinted to push lots of kids ona merry go round. At first I was afraid that they'd be faster than I, but they ended up all jumping on and having me push alone b/c they couldn't keep up with me - yay!
5. Get lots of sleep.
can't remember, but not enough, I'm sure..

7. Get some sunlight every day.
Goal: 15m peak sun
