    - Breakfast w/i 30m of rising pretty close
    - 5+ hrs between Breakfast and Lunch yes, no lunch
    - 5+ hrs between Lunch and Dinner yes, no lunch
    - finished dinner by 7:30 started around 5:15, finished around 7:45, oops.
    - no snacking except for my ... punctuated dinner.
    - 3.5+ hrs between dinner & bedtime
    - exposure to morning temp & sun yes, 60s
    - darkening the house at sunset soon...
    - 100% primal diet yes

    D - Jamaican goat curry, raspberries, banana slices (dried - no more, I s'pose)

    Results
    - energy 5/10; mood 3/10 (b/c of sleepiness unfulfilled)
    - bloating - 3mo morning,
    - skin = (rear has been softest ever, both top skin & subcutaneous, ever ever ever)
    - Slept 11:15-7:45 - was unbelievably sleepy, but then hit by incredible wave of peristalsis in bed. HCl? NEEDED NAP by 10:15, never got it; felt horrible bc of it till it lifted around 6:30
    - been having temper tantrums when things don't go my way this week. Totally unlike me; sucks. River cold die-off? Been eating fine, having some bananas & persimmons (dried), but not much. Quite bloated - persimmons a FODMAP? Wouldn't be surprising. Lots and lots of jerky - is that why my whole body was so dried-out last night?

    142. I have absolutely zero idea why (was 140 yesterday, apparently the curry (onions?) bit me hard with bloating & retention, but today ... I ate nothing but meat and fat yesterday, nothing.)

    D - (wasn't hungry much for dinner yesterday after 65g bkfst) ham steak, ~greens, couldn't wait so had two pieces sausage first (cayenne, sugar)

    Results
    - energy 5/10; mood 5/10
    - bloating - 3mo morning, BAD midday leading up to GI, 6mo+ by bedtime. ?!?!
    - skin = slightly bumpy arms, rump a little less smooth, last night had tender neck lymph nodes, but not today
    - Slept 1:30 - 8:30. Have several times this week woken and been unable to go back to sleep despite a sleep deficit. MUST HAVE NAP TODAY. Dang. Didn't. Slept maybe 10m before waking with horrible stomach pains & cramps. :P
    - hoped I'd feel up to a quick jog to the river followed by a dip and a walk back, but legs felt too tired from runs + lack of sleep. Managed a 20m walk instead.

    - skin = rump is definitely getting firmer, rounder, smoother - cellulite & sag seem to be disappearing!!! CT!
    - Slept 11-9:15! Thank goodness. a little sleepy by 11:45am.
    - right after finishing my London broil, I felt my face get flushed, then head get tight. 20m later, I have a strong tense headache, dizzy when standing (not in my typical low BP way), and a tightness starting in my throat, starting right at the pulse points ... what? ACV? supp's? marrow?

    Got more pimples this week, always a good sign that I'm detoxing some junk out.

    Got a tiny bit of poison ivy, so I'm not yet *totally* immune, although much more so than in the past. (could detoxing be making me more susceptible?)

    Good quote from Byron Richards that matches up with Dr. Cate saying something similar about plateauing while working through stored trans fats, then being able to apoptize (made that word up!) them.

    Love that quote! I'm in a phase like that myself, and that is exactly what I need to hear! Rather than blaming myself for somehow doing something wrong, I'm trusting that my body is doing what it needs to do. It really helps me to think that my body is holding on to water in order to flush out the toxins.

    - bloating - 4mo morning, VERY after dinner
    - skin = upper arms bumpy today
    - Slept 10:30 - 7 when my cat woke me with his whiskers, grr. Sleepy by 11:30

    D - leftover london broil, leftover swissed steak, <1oz bkfst ssg (curses), dried strawberries & pina (not too much, brief head wooze, didn't like the grabbiness I felt with it, though, and was very relieved I had some, oddly)

    Results
    - energy 5-6/10; mood <5/10. irritable on and off, really want to see the end of this and live gently with my children again
    - bloating - 3.5+mo morning,
    - skin = upper arms still bumpy today
    - Slept 11:15-9:15 (-half hour where dd was screaming from gut pain again (nuts, too many strawberries??), very sleepy mid-day, took heavy 1hr nap and felt I needed much more. Stayed somewhat sleepy till after dinner, then got some get-up-and-go in everything but my legs, but now at 8pm getting droopy a bit again.

    - energy 6/10; mood 6/10. Energy went up and mood went down toward the very end of the day. Weird.

    - skin = upper arms somewhat better today. Much worse again by bedtime.
    - Slept 11-7:45 when baby thrashed and woke me up (she had a brief thrashing bit during the night, not long)

    I bought some nice clothes in size small in the junior's section at the mall today. So at least cult membership has its privileges!

    BBT = basal body temperature (which I want to track to see how my thyroid's doing and also to chart my cycles)

    For months I couldn't take my temp b/c the batteries were dead in my thermometer(s). Then I got new batteries in and lost the thermometers.
