Foods that make me feel bad (FODMAPs, nightshades, coconut flesh) -
Cold - (50F swift-moving (for the Hooch) river 15m yesterday - was cold 25m after, but not cold at all (except forearms) while in!)
B - soup: broth, brat, (65oz protein, as for the last few days)
D - (wasn't hungry much for dinner yesterday after 65g bkfst) ham steak, ~greens, couldn't wait so had two pieces sausage first (cayenne, sugar)
- energy 5/10; mood 5/10
- bloating - 3mo morning, BAD midday leading up to GI, 6mo+ by bedtime. ?!?!
- skin = slightly bumpy arms, rump a little less smooth, last night had tender neck lymph nodes, but not today
- Slept 1:30 - 8:30. Have several times this week woken and been unable to go back to sleep despite a sleep deficit. MUST HAVE NAP TODAY. Dang. Didn't. Slept maybe 10m before waking with horrible stomach pains & cramps. :P
- hoped I'd feel up to a quick jog to the river followed by a dip and a walk back, but legs felt too tired from runs + lack of sleep. Managed a 20m walk instead.
