- energy 5/10; mood 4-6/10 (got snappy midday).
- bloating - 3-4mo morning, 5+mo evening
- skin = smoother than yesterday
- slept 10:30-7:30, woke feeling like it was okay to wake (not alert or invigorated or anything, but not zombie tired). Very sleepy by 1pm, only got in 10m of sleep, grr.
- less pitting edema.
