Just thought that I would introduce myself.
I am a teen from the UK who lifts weights twice a week and runs once a week.
I walk to school and back every week day, and play basketball there twice as well.
I am 8 days fully primal as of this post, and had about a month of 80/20 before.
The aim is to gain muscle mass and lose fat, as with a lot of users.
