    I can't believe I havent done this before, but quick meal = 500g minced meat, then throw any/all veggies I can find into food processor, dice to the finest setting, throw it all in the wok on a high heat, flash stirfry in macadamia oil with garlic and chili.

    The best way to eat veggies I never used to like, just dumped a ton of broccoli in and all I can taste is the meat, garlic and chili )))

    Another good one is cauliflower chopped up small and cooked in spagetti sauce. Adds some texture, but completely absorbs the flavor of the sauce.
