Hi all,

Im really getting into weight lifting, have been using the new rules of lifting for women which is awesome! i dont have anyone to train with so ive been using the smith machine at the gym which i find safer when im training on my own- i find i can lift 20kg+ heavier using the smith machine tho, like it feels easier? i know this has something to do with the way the smith balances the weight- question for you guys out there is, does the ease of the smith jeopardize your training?
