Really been digging on Tabla Beat Science and Broken Social Scene lately for chill out music (and walking music). For getting amped up, I've been into Blink-182. (Ahh, High school...)

His equipment is high tech, but Jack Conte seems to be a primal type of guy in touch with his feelings. (And he looks sort of like a cave-man, too!) He's my new favorite musician this year:

THIS album is amazing to do high-intensity workouts to. It makes me feel like I'm in the jungle about to go out on a hunt with a spear...

I love Thrice's Alchemist Index, they all feel very organic to me, and a good mix of several genre's. Look 'em up!

i dunno how you all will receive this, but if you got an open minded 21 minutes+ 29 seconds to spare listen to track 9 "Time Ed"

not recommended for those who don't have the patience for jamband guitar solos. however those who do will be rewarded.
