Shakes are awesome because you can dump so many awesome ingredients in, and stay full for many, many HOURS!

If you think that was good, try adding half or heck, even an entire avocado! OMG YUM!

I'm pretty impressed by that first one. You somehow managed to get both spinach and eggs in it and still preserve taste? If I was to do it, my one change would be to pull out the banana, but hmm... maybe I'm going to have to give this stuff a shot.

    Btw, I LOVE strawberries.

Avocado is a must, its so great in smoothies! Mmmmm creamy.

    Mine is:

1/3 cup mixed berries (usually blue, black and raspberries)
    1 banana
    0.5 avocado
    3 ice cubes
    4 tblsp cinnamon
    dash organic vanilla extract
    1 raw egg
    270ml coconut milk

    Tasty!
