4 for me.
Like many here, I usually eat eggs for breakfast. I generally fry three and add some veggies. This works pretty well for me, and I've been doing it for awhile... but the other day, someone I live with saw me cooking and said, "Wow. Three eggs? That's a LOT."
So basically I feel like I'm some kind of pig now. Is three a lot for a meal if that's all I'm eating? I didn't think so... this coming from someone who chows down on ice cream and chocolate most nights... ugh.
How many eggs do you consider a meal?
4 for me.
2-3 for me, if i only do 2 then i use 1/4c liquid egg whites to bulk it up a little
4 for me, also. 3 eggs simply don't quite "do it for me."
3 eggs aren't all that many, some days I will make a 6 egg omelete. Normally I consume on the order of a dozen a day, it is a cheap source of protein and fat for a college kid stuck on a meal plan.

Hmm. If I do breakfast, I tend to have two.
Lunch or dinner omelette-type thing is normally 3, occasionally 4, and that's with onions and other things mixed in.

Some days I end up having half a dozen - 2 for breakfast, 4 in an omelette. It's rare, but hasn't killed me yet!
I have five to six eggs a day.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

I usually do 2 for me. Husband does 3-4 depending on how hungry he is.
Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.
Id rather die on eggs than some silly processed crap. Back when I was bulking on the anabolic diet.I had a 4 egg scrambled egg serving with 6 slices of streaky bacon, cooked in butter and with coffe and whipping cream.
Todays my first primal day and I had a hearty 3 eggs, but today wasn't a lifting day so it did me ok for most of the morning!
