    Fluoride question

    Ive just taken my 2 boys to the dentist for their check ups, we use natural toothpaste so no fluoride/sls/colour etc and are on pure rain water at home and my kids are not on primal but more close to weston price nutrition
    she told me my kids teeth are perfect and healthy then proceeds to tell me to give them fluoride tablets just incase! im extremely skeptical about this, can anyone give me advice, thank you

    Besides, fluoride does not work by ingesting it - it's only topical.

    Check out the Dr Mercola website, it shows new studies that show that fluorides' 'protective layer' is much much thinner than they used to think it was, so thin that is comes off just by chewing.

    Fluoride = useless toxic substance.

    If you want to ensure your kids teeth grow healthy, give them liver once or twice a week (my daughter loves Pate!) or Cod Liver Oil, as well as fish with bones (eg. canned salmon with bones) or chicken bone broth etc. Raw milk is great too. Just think, fat soluble vitamins + calcium/phosphorous. I'm sure you already know if you're on WAP

    awesome. thanks everyone yeah we have bone broth (chicken, fish and venison) and raw milk and being by the coast fresh salmon and blue cod also, we are very lucky withthe variety of food we have access to in NZ!
