I'm hoping to start eating Primal very soon. Currently my kids mainly drink skim or lowfat milk (chocolate 10% of the year) or water. I'm starting to learn about dairy's negative affects but they didn't like almond or rice milk when they tried it unless it was chocolate (too much sugar) and even then they didn't really care for it very much. They definitely have a preference for organic milk (kroger brand) over the standard. After doing my research it appears I should mostly eliminate milk and go with another source. Any suggestions for kids? I should mention they also eat yogurt low in sugar (not with fruit on the bottom) Chiobani for kids and this is not organic. Sometimes stoneyfield. Should I eliminate these as well? This is a daily breakfast meal most days. Thank you.

Grape Kombuccha. Stuff is really great. I made a batch last weekend. I live in Atlanta also, if you are interested and need a SCOBY let me know. If you don't know what Kombuccha is, just Google it..... Oh yeah, water is great too.....
Water. If they won't drink it they aren't thirsty.

water... possibly some flavored sparkling water on occasion.
Not totally primal but way better than what most kids drink. My kids love about1/4 cup fresh apple or grape juice and topped up with club soda. They also like lemon juice with a tiny bit of pure maple syrup
There is absolutely nothing wrong with milk.
Water. Tea (not Southern sweet tea, but plain iced tea.) On RARE occasions, juice without added sugar. Poor man's lemonade (glass of water, add several squeezes of lemon.)
