A cousin of mine is supposedly training for the Tough Mudder here in Toronto so I was checking the website out. Intimidating...yeah. But I'd love to do it if I could make it all the way through. I'd be worried that I'd die part way through lol...never been much into exercise so I'm askeered.

I did not die a fiery death--not even a slight burn!! :0 And I didn't come in dead last! I didn't do my best time because a bunch of us did it together and I took my friend who is not a fitness person or ever works out, so I ended up being pretty slow by my standards. But I didn't care...SO. MUCH. FUN!!!! Can't wait to do another for my own PB! Fun stuff--ENJOY!

    The seed is planted...dammit!!

I should probably mention that I have always had exercise-induced asthma (pretty mild, though I would usually take a haul from my puffer before starting the exercise) so maybe that's why I've never been a workout freak. I stopped getting my Rx refilled early last year so if I were to do something like this it'd prolly be a good idea to be armed with a puffer just in case. This is why I'm afraid of keeling over mid-event. :S
