    Egg Muffins collapse?

Anyone else have problems with the egg muffins collapsing as they cool? I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. They still taste great and are a staple in my diet, but I wish they wouldn't collapse and look all squished! Anyone else have the same issue?

I make an egg casserole, and mine collapsed this week. Couldn't figure out why. Then I realized...duh....I forgot to add veggies to it. Mine usually has eggs, sausage, cheese, and chopped spinach, broccoli, or other veggies. What were your ingredients? I find that the addition of veggies helps keep the body of the casserole. Still tastes great though!
