I make an egg casserole, and mine collapsed this week. Couldn't figure out why. Then I realized...duh....I forgot to add veggies to it. Mine usually has eggs, sausage, cheese, and chopped spinach, broccoli, or other veggies. What were your ingredients? I find that the addition of veggies helps keep the body of the casserole. Still tastes great though!
