If you think that your coconut milk is too watery, just let it sit in the fridge for a day or so, and DON'T shake the package before opening. The milk will separate from the water by doing this, and you'll end up with a hard cream/ice-cream textured coconut milk on top of the water. Unfortunately, most brands of store-bought coconut milk will have a lot of water added to it, so... yeah.
