    My Mad Methods Magazine

    Primal Fuel
Not sure if anyone on here has read My Mad Methods Magazine or not but I can highly recommend it. It's full of loads of articles, training programmes and expert opinion on building strength and conditioning.

Lots of stuff on sandbags, kettlebells, parkour, gymnastics and bodyweight training.

Oh, and it has articles from some of the regular posters on MDA - Al Kavadlo, Tim Bell and me

Have any of you grabbed the e-book on my mad methods.
The workout plans in the e-book seem pretty fun.
I am interested in trying the beginners sand bag training in the e-book.

    Also check out funkmma.com
He has really good workouts as well.
