Well I really want to start a support thread but first I need to find out if there are others on here who need to gain weight. I've lost about 10 lbs of muscle the last three years due to stress and other factors and now technically meet the criteria for anorexia. I lifted some last year but apparently not heavy enough and tried to eat more but then started doing more interval training. The truth is, when I eat more I look bigger- the food really is just all turning to fat. Not sure what my body fat % is- I would guess 20-24%. But my body looks *different*. Ugh it is so frustrating.
