    Just because he falsified data, doesn't mean it isn't good for you. I've seen plenty of other evidence that indicates that it is.
    F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.

    No. Red wine is excellent for me. 2-3 cups a couple nights a week keeps my stress down, my sleep up, and is a bit of a pain reliever.

    I love my red too. But since I've gone fully primal, I've found alcohol makes me feel sick tons quicker. I can't drink more than one or two glasses anymore before it feels like the return of carb flu. Anyone else feel the same?

    It doesn't bother me at all. It does affect me quicker, and thus, the amount I drink is less than before. About 8oz once a week (Friday nights).

    I dont even make it to a glass...2 oz. of red wine and I'm asleep
