$100 a month on food for 3 people? Not even close. My wife and I strictly eat real food and we easily clear 100 a week.
If you dont want to read, I strongly suggest starting with the whole30 program. Its about 8 minutes of reading and will tell you exactly what to do. Its a great place to start. Give it 30 honest cheat free days and you will have a clean slate and feel great. Promise.
In all honesty, I believe that if you can't find the time to read the book, you will struggle to ever find the time to make Primal work. The book is that life changing and worth the time.
Looks like you are exercising too much and not eating enough. Work smarter not harder.
