Yep. I'm new too.
So I'm currently doing a two week sort of 'conversion to primal' thing. I always give myself some time to adjust - mostly down to preparation - figuring out what to buy and stuff.
Thought I'd introduce myself. I have been a vegetarian/vegan for the past year (yeahhh..) - and I ran into some websites around Christmas that got me really questioning things (eventually ended up here of course). Decided to give this a 30 day trial. But the more I read about it the more I'm getting quite hopeful that it will really help me with some health problems and it always would be nice to lose some weight and gain some muscle. I'll be posting some specific questions I have about both of those things soon once I figure out where to post them!
