    I haven't been around the forums lately... just continuing to do my thing (primal). Happened to go to FItDay today out of curiousity. This is a somewhat typical day for me. Mostly proteins and vegetables. Does this break down look ok? I still have a mental freakout thing when it comes to high fat levels.

    2507 Calories
    Fat 59%
    Protein 32%
    Carbs 5%
    Alcohol 4% (glass of merlot)

    For the record, I started over a year ago at 5'8", 170lbs, Age 38, Male... got down to 155lbs pretty quick and have stayed there. Had my first blood test since starting primal yesterday so waiting on the results. Full lipid panel. BP was 122/68, pulse 74.

    At this point, to be healthy.

    My weight is fine. Would like to slowly continue to lean out a bit. Long term.

    That looks solid to me. YOu can't really analyze a diet too well just from the macronutrients, though. If you told me that all the fat calories were from grain fed cow or pork balls fried in soybean oil... then I might be a little worried. Keep the veggie intake high and make good choices for healthy fats, and your macronutrient breakdown is great!

    Carbs are pretty low.
    Female, 5'3", 50, Max squat: 202.5lbs. Max deadlift: 225 x 3.

    Ok, cool thanks!
    And i rechecked fitday and I think the item i chose for the steak had too much fat listed in it. So my fat intake is most likely a bit lower than that.
    A decent portion of the fat also came from ghee and olive oil.
