The best smoothie I've ever tasted

2 peeled and cored apples. 3 bananas. A bit of greek yoghurt. A few ice cubes.

Put into a high-speed blender, add cold water until it half-covers the other ingredients. Then MIX IT.

THE GREATEST SMOOTHIE I'VE EVER TASTED.

Pretty nice breakfast or a "snack" if you're hungry.

Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

Hmm, good point. Maybe I have some rethinking to do. At least I'm off the grains now for two weeks. I'll think about the fruits. But that smoothie sure tastes good...

Yep. That's easily a good 500-600 calories which is a typical meal for me. I'd rather have food. If I ate that much meat and veg, I wouldn't be hungry again for at least 6 hours. That fruit smoothie wouldn't last that long. I'd have a blood sugar crash in a couple hours and be looking for more food.

Coconut milk, ONE pear and a dash of cinnamon is pretty darn good, too. But, yeah. Smoothies can be delicious but dangerous! ;-)

Now, that plus some a few avocados and/or a can or 3 of coconut milk would make 5 - 7 great smoothies.
