Has anybody tried this yet?
I was curious, it seems like a pretty good workout and you get to move at your own pace so it is not like doing a program like P90x say 1 hr a day for 6 days a week.
The workouts take 20-40 mins and it is only 5 days a week with a big emphasis on rest.
If anyone has tried it let me know what you think.
I know what most of you think of paying for a program when there are many free sources out there but it still seems like a decent program (minus the diet, still rocking the primal eating).
