    Here's another great one from a school lunch administrator that is in the trenches. She changed the entire Berkeley lunch program from packaged crap ("The only tool my cooks had was a box cutter!")to salad bars and real, cooked food.

    The link OnTheBayou posted was great as well. Actually another viable viewpoint from someone at the front lines so to speak.


    When she puts the numbers in perspective at the end it is rather shocking.
