Outdoors in January!
We have had a very strange winter this year, and I'm delighted, since I've taken to spending time in the sun whenever I can! Yesterday, it got above 50 in the Midwest, and I sat out in the deck in the sun...
After it started cooling off as the sun began to sink into a cloud bank, we made a fire in the chiminea and sat out there till 7 pm...gorgeous.
I've got my lizard light for cloudy days, but this is MARVELOUS.
Same here! Yesterday was a bit cloudy, but Saturday was sunny and mid 50's, maybe even 60 briefly. It has been a lovely "winter" thus far.
So jealous..... It was negative 18 here yesterday.
Oh dear, sorry about the extreme cold, Ang. Last year we'd had a LOT of snow by now. We're going to be hurting if we don't get more moisture, but it's hard to complain when you're sketching barefoot in the sun!
Today's high: -35
Last night's low: -52
It's so crazy this year. Our high yesterday was in the mid 40s. By this Thursday,, the high is supposed to be only 7. Sunday, back into the 40s. O.o
I went hiking today in T-Shirt and shorts in MO. It is crazy.
Omigosh, where are you, Otzi!?
