    Can you see a difference?



    2 days without dairy and coffee and I feel like ive deflated overall.
    Scales have gone down 1 kg in that 2 days (2.2 lbs) and 4 cm off my waist (1.5 inches).
    Middle pic is 3 days ago.
    I think I can see a slight difference.

    Yes, I see a difference. The top of your tummy looks less full and also on the side. The 10 week difference is amazing!

    Big changes - you should be proud of yourself. I think I need to take the plunge and ditch the coffee and cream too.

    HeyChelle goodluck with it, it was the last thing to go, grains and processed crap was easy to drop. I do love my coffee :/ One day I will try it black but for now both are out until I know which is causing me the most problems.

    I started on the Whole30 on Jan 1 and didn't make it even a full week before I ended up back on the sauce, so to speak. When I gave up that cream, I ended up hungry and missing that extra fat. I just wasn't prepared to have to eat more food to fill in the lost calories. Next time I know to plan better.
