I take Green Pastures Fermented Cod Liver Oil. I like it - it doesn't give me the burps that some other brands have.
I have been taking Now brand DHA-500 for a while, but it's been discontinued. I could take their DHA-250, and double it up, but I thought I would find out what others recommend.
Anyone have suggestions or preferences for a particular fish oil?
My preference is to get regular doses of fish oil encapsulated in a salmon
I second the fermented cod liver oil and get the same brand in cinnamon gel. Good stuff!
