Which Coconut flour page

Hello,

Can anyone recommend which coconut flour to buy as I read somewhere that if its white its been bleached. As I am buying over the net its impossible to see the colour.

Tropical Traditions sells good coconut flour too. They have free shipping coupons every so often that make the price more reasonable.

Bob's Red Mill works great for me also. My local Grocery store stocks loads of BRM products, but NOT Coconut flour. I talked to the buyer there, he ordered a case for me (4 bags) - and i got 10% off for buying the whole case... (you use such small amounts that it lasts forever, i even gave a bag away as a gift! lol) I just ordered another case this week... so much easier than buying online or paying full price! check with your shop...

Do you happen to live near a natural food co-op of some sort? None of the grocery stores near me sell it but our co-op sells it in their bulk bins.
