Good luck with all you're doing. No harm increasing veggies and reducing coffee, and potential benefit, so why not? You didn't mention exercise, brief intense exercise will raise your metabolic rate. I'd much prefer eating whole fruit to drinking juices, cleanses are really pseudoscience.
The trouble with the rat race is that even if you win, you're still a rat.
I take life easier than almost anyone I know, but when I exercise I do it as though my life depends on it (which it does).
