Chocolate pancakes - pregnancy craving save!
I'm three months pregnant and I suddenly had a very unreasonable craving for donuts. Instead I made these :
1 row of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon coconut
Sprinkling of sweetener (optional)
Melt the chocolate in the microwave (approx 1:30). Mix all ingredients together until well combined, put a few blobs in the pan and cook approx 20 seconds each side.
If you still have dairy, serve with a small amount of whipped cream or butter.
Makes around 5
They taste great, they're VERY quick, very filling and just two fixed my cravings!
