Kicking off 6 months to my goals:
1. Lose 50 lbs
2. Commit to eating Paleo/Primal
3. Be in the best shape of my life

1-13-13 Breakfast:
Coffee with half and half
4oz Top Sirloin Steak with garlic powder and Mrs. Dash
2 Eggs scrambled with cherry tomatoes, red onion and a couple kalamata olives in coconut oil
Lunch:
Roasted beets, kale, garlic, shrimp salad
WOD
50 Burpees for time
