ride it out
So I had a moment of insanity and ate a grilled cheese followed by a white mocha. Blech. It seemed like a good idea at the time... but now I feel like shit. Scalp crawling, stomach rolling, sugar crash, nasty taste in my mouth, dizzy.
Any tips to make me feel remotely better right away? Water flush? Exercise? Nap? Just ride it out?
Ick. Lesson learned.

Go for a walk. Get some fresh air and sunshine. Or if it's cold, feel the chill air on your face. Feel the movement of your legs. Your legs are a second heart, pumping blood through your body. Walking cures everything.

I can squat 192.5lbs, press 75lbs and deadlift 210lbs
Definitely second the suggestion to go for a brisk walk in the fresh air. It'll help burn the sugar off and walking always makes a body feel good.
Today I will: Eat food, not poison. Plan for success, not settle for failure. Live my real life, not a virtual one. Move and grow, not sit and die.
