@lex, yeah that top layer can seem abit ick. But it is like a living organismThey also take some time to build up to being that thick.
This week has been good. Still crazy busy - dont worry, not stressful busy. Just some things like posting here daily have been cut out due to other more pressing things - it does not mean I am slacking though!
Thursday I went out to town with a old friend. She bought me a beer - so the ofc I had to buy her one. Then her friend came and bought a round - well easily to see it just got out of hand. So I know I can drink 1 beer. But not 5. I can drink cider or hard alcohol - but beer does me in. Must be the gluten - because I used to be able to handle beer. So basically Friday I woke up and was happy i did not have a hangover! But I would have traded what I did have for a hangover. It felt like there were little ninjas with knives in my stomach. I have never gotten such bad cramps, nor have I ever had cramps that made me nauseous. I struggled through work Friday and Friday night at home laid in a ball on the couch until my very very early departure to bed. Half of Saturday I had light pain too, but was back to being a functional human :P Moral of the story: Fonda + Beer = Close to Death.
I am having trouble with 80% of my clothes. Pants will not stay up, leggins will not stay up, dresses look like sacks now, belts fall off. It is great - and sucks that I have to look silly for a few months, but is worth it. I think I have lost another kilo, I have not measured this week. Plan to measure next week. It has to be a big change because I can really see it!
