I'm trying to stick with the primal blueprint work outs. I try to lift twice a week, ride twice, and play, with two days of rest. Eating is about the same with primal friendly carbs post ride; bananas and sweet potatoes.

Sorry long time no update. I made it through ragbrai, 471 miles in 7 days. I'm currently weighing in at 210lbs. I was down to 205 for a while and have stabilized at 210ish. I'm at the point where the number no longer matters as I feel great, my new clothes fit great. I'm doing crossfit 3 times a week.
