Today was a good day, especially since I was down to 182 at 30% body fat. I still have a LONG way to go. Here's what I ate:
B: 2 eggs, 3 pieces bacon
L: Big Ass Salad: flank steak, butter lettuce and spring mix, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber, hard boiled egg, small bit of blue cheese
D: Crab Stuffed Salmon, mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

B: Crab meat omelette (see previous post), 2 cups coffee with heavy cream
L: Big Ass Salad with flank steak, avocado, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers - topped with EVOO and balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp blue cheese
D: 8 oz Ribeye Steak, sauteed mushrooms and onions, broccoli and carrots
Indulgences: I did have 2 "paleo margaritas"....which is probably why the scale didn't budge. Here is the recipe:
1 shot tequila
juice of 1/2 clementine
spalsh of lime seltzer water
shake and enjoy over ice. Yum!
Today's workout (1.16.12):
15 push-ups on knees
5 triceps push-ups on knees
20 pull-ups (chair assisted) - goal is to do 1 without chair
squats 20lbs x 15 reps
lunges 20 lbs x 10 reps
Those crab stuffed salmon fillets look amazing!!!

L: Big Ass Salad with grilled chicken, green pepper, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard-boiled egg, 1/2 avocado, topped with EVOO/vinegar and 1 tbsp blue cheese
D: Italian sausage with cabbage, topped with a few pieces of bacon.
I've not really been hungry at all in between meals. It's actually quite liberating as I was used to eating about every 2-3 hours. I got a laugh out of hubby today at lunch. He said, "I'm tired of eating"....and he's lost 10 pounds!! I love being primal.

I really do not have much of an appetite today. I'm kinda bummed to! I ordered some new swimsuits to take with me on vacation this friday, and they just now shipped them. I ordered them on Dec 28th!! UGH....anyway....guess I'll have to buy one in St. Maarten.
