    I got to thinking about last week: I drank a lot of booze (for me anyway) on Friday night. Any effect? Maybe. No booze this week. No dairy either. I would like to see some real progress this week!

    I weighed and am now down to 272.5!!!!
    The staying away from booze and cheese worked (and a couple fasting days didn't hurt either)!
    This has been my best week yet, with a loss of 5 and a half pounds!

    Phenomenal Charlie! Good work!

    I'm loving the intermittent fasting, most of the time I either skip breakfast (reducing my eating window to 12pm-7pm) or I skip lunch because I'm so full from a bacon-filled breakfast! I might have to try a full-day fast soon. Or maybe start by going down to one meal around 2pm.

    Thanks ladies!
    This week has been a good one, with bacon and eggs for breakfast (11AM or so) and just a little salad and maybe chicken for dinner most days. Twice this week all I had for lunch (no breakfast, first meal 12PM) was a can of sardines or kippered herring, to boost my Omega3 intake. I fasted again today until dinner, and will do so again on Sunday. I really like seeing PROGRESS!

    Whew!
    This has been a busy week with IT consulting, and having the kids home this week!
    I weighed in flat for the week on Monday, after experimenting with eating cheese and having a few drinks. I'm pretty certain that the cheese is the culprit. The boozing is intermittant, infrequent, and only vodka or gin, with a little lemon juice.
    I've been eating primally, with no cheese or booze this week due to weighing in flat.
    I'm fasting tomorrow and Sunday again, so here's hoping to a better weigh-in day on Monday.

    Hi All!
    I'm doing a N=1 experiment this week: drinking a couple of shots of vodka each evening, but no cheese. I want to see the effect it has on ME.
    I'll be more strict on the booze next week, likely.
    For now, I'm enjoying getting slightly whammed.
    I also discovered how I like my veggies: smothered in fresh pesto sauce (garlic, basil and EVOO)!
