Ahh yay, this is just what I needed! I started learning about paleo about 2 months ago and played with it a bit the weeks between thanksgiving and xmas, but have been a giant sugar and gluten mess over the holidays.
I'm diving head first into it all now and I can't wait! I raced through Mark's book and have decided to throw away my vegetarian ways.
I'm going to be posting lots to keep me on track. Starting it all off right with a 21 day sugar detox, as well. So just lots of fresh veggies and protein!
