Primal Journal Shalonne
Hi, This post is to start my primal journal for the "Success Stories in the Making."
Currently I'm 197 pounds and have lots of aches and pains and low energy. I am hoping to change that by sticking to the primal way of eating. I need to set a better example for my kids so that they can grow up healthy as well and I want to be able to look at pictures of me with my kids and proudly display them instead of cringing and hiding them.
Breakfast: Home-made turkey sausage, eggs
OOPS! Bagel with cream cheese (first oops since starting)
Lunch: Leftover spaghetti squash with shrimp in coconut milk cream sauce
Dinner: Beef with butternut squash and collard greens
Breakfast: Coconut milk and banana smoothie, bacon, avacado 1/2
Lunch: Left over beep with butternut squash and collard greens
snack: Pepporini (finishing what we bought before we realized it had sugar) and cheese
Dinner: Salmon with pistacio / apricot and spinach.
