So I figured I'd get this blogging underway.

Current weight: 114.5 Kg
Goal Weight: 90Kg

Decided to give primal living a go. I'm hitting the walking aspect for movement, aiming for the good ol 10000 steps per day. Coming to the end of day 3 and have hit it each day so far. Threw in some pushups and squats this morning before work.

Just started recording my food from today on fitday.com, and who knew that peas were as high in carbs as they are. My daily carb intake came in at 87, however am gunning to get my carbs to around 50g for each day. So far I've been grain free.
