That is so fantastic. And there is one wonderful thing you have not lost -- that great smile. Keep it up! You are the greatest:-)
So, are you going to update your avatar? That new picture is really inspiring. I bet people reading your journal lose extra weight the next week at least!
Oh man, what a difference! A future Friday success story, for sure. You are looking fantastic.
And we all know how much better you are feeling.

@Jamilyn Judge Candy Siobhan Sabine Alessandra Pam and DC- you guys are all my inspiration to keep pushing forward! It is so much fun losing weight and getting healthy with you all it's always nice to have a solid support group behind me!
@DC I'm hoping you join me too! It's a great feeling being on this side of the 200's! I personally haven't seen sub 250 since doing atkins between grade 9 and grade 10 (which I gained back nearly immediately after "finishing" my diet... I wish I knew back then that there was no such thing as "finishing" and that dieting doesn't work)
@Pam Not sure if I'll update the avatar just yet... I feel like the new photo won't have much of an attraction effect as the current one.![]()

Hey, Ecks! What are you doing back on page six? Everything okay?
Page 6? lol what are you talking about? Things are good... not great but good. Busy week though!
So yesterday I'm at my buddies place helping him prep for this massive pig roast bbq. Well... turns out he made a surprise wedding day of it and married his Fiance (now wife!). It was an amazing experience to be a part of.
What made this weekend better too is that my best friend is moving back to town! He's been living in winnipeg for the last 2 years or so and he'll be moving back to town (temporarily) for the next 2-3 years. It's just nice getting him back. With all of the instability in my life lately this is exactly what I needed and I thank god for this.![]()
