Perfect timing. We're having a taco night at the house, so will be giving the coconut tortillas a try tonight. Thanks for the idea.

So I got a job offer today... but the price is a serious undercut from my last position... to take or not to take? I do have 4 months sevvy to play with and the job would be a good opportunity. But the income is literally 50% of my previous position.

How good an opportunity? If the possibilities of advancement are really good (and not too far in the future) and the job itself would be enjoyable, it's worth considering. Also, how many job openings are there? How hard do you think it will be to get another offer? If you have few options, and the future prospects are good, it's a good idea. It might be 50% of past pay, but it sure beats welfare. If there are a lot of other possibilities, not so much. You could hold out for something better.

So first sunday of the month so I've gotta do a weigh in right? I know I've been quiet with everything going on but that doesn't mean I haven't been dedicated. So here goes!
Down from 255.8 on the first sunday of August (5th)
That lands me at 8.6lbs off for the month (Second best month only next to the first month of paleo!)
And it also takes me to over half way of my goal (halfway being 83lbs) at 85.8lbs off so far!
This makes me happy!Have a good sunday all! (oh! and especially because I missed doing it last month I'll be doing an update on my signature now)

Yay! Your steady progress is so inspiring. Seems like many of us can start off well; it is the keeping-going that is so hard. I love seeing you succeed at it.
Oh Ecks, I am so happy for you. Sliding past that 50% mark is such a great feeling. Great big congratulations!
You are so going to meet your year-end goals ahead of time.
And I do think we're due for before and after shots, don't you? Or at least before and now shots.
