Hey All,
First day back to work since coming back from vacation... Things are dark here around work but I'm doing my best to keep things together. Please pray for me as the next week or so may be difficult for me.
SW (Nov 22nd 2011): 333, 1 Year: 245lbs
Current weight as of May 5th 2013: 243.2lbs
Short Term Goal: Better sleep, happy brain, figure out direction in life.
Met Goal: Be a 2x Shirt, Fit in a standard airplane seat belt without the use of a seat belt extension
Long Term Goal: 199lbs by Labour Day Weekend, Buy whatever cloths I want to wear.

Hey Guys! Great news! No longer working for BlackBerry. So the story essentially goes that I got laid off yesterday. I know to a lot that sounds like a shitty deal but the way that I look at it is that I was having a hard time dealing with losses there and no it's no longer my problem!
Feeling good and staying paleo! God bless! You guys will be hearing from me more now that I have been relieved of my problem.

Ecks, sorry to hear about the lay off. My DH works in high tech and lay offs have been an issue for him during this recession. Best of luck with the job search.
