Wow! Congratulations! I was weighing myself daily but got bummed when weird fluctuations happened that I couldn't explain. So now I'm trying for weekly. I admire your will power to weigh in monthly (is it?).

We're just about at the same weight!

Most excellent, Ecks! You know that as you get closer to your goal, the loss will probably slow down. Your body just won't be quite so eager to shed, and you won't have the daily workout of carrying around so much extra weight. But I find it very impressive that you are still losing so quickly after so many months. I never came anywhere close to losing that fast.

@DCarr- the weighins happen on every first and third sunday of the month... I was doing weekly at one point and I found myself sneak weighing throughout the week. What did it best for me was april when I did not weigh in at all for the entirety of the month. Makes it feel less like a diet and more like a lifestyle because I wasn't constantly adjusting based on the numbers I was getting.

@Judg- I think a lot of it is that I'm still staying fairly low carb- even through plateaus. It shocks me a bit when people suggest upping your carbohydrate intake when things get slow. By keeping things LC I feel like I burn fat better for longer.

Whatever works, Ecks. A lot of women claim that including a small amount of carbs daily actually sped up their weight loss, and stopped their hair from falling out. Our metabolisms are a bit different. I usually try to have a banana or some sweet potato every day, but honestly, I often forget. Mind you, I'm eating more fruit because it's summer so I'm probably okay there, especially since it's mostly berries. Some carbs, but not too many.

Sorry it's been a few days since I've posted. Kept pretty much entirely paleo the last few days I just have a hard time posting on weekends and I had a 4 day weekend.

    Yesterday

Breakfast- 5 chicken wings with a balsamic reduction (happened to have a reduction when mark posted the recipe that I was using on jerky but tried on wings)

Lunch- 2 slider patties, 1 scotch egg, 1/2 avocado

Supper- Shrimp, coconut milk, tomato and onion puree, almond flour, butter, spices, and garlic served over cauliflower rice and a side of steamed brocoli. Avacado on the side for plating purposes.

    Supplements *check*
    Exercise *not so much*

    Today

Breakfast- Scotch egg, coconut milk shake (regular + some avocado)

Lunch- dinner leftovers + 1/2 an avocado

    Snack- Scotch egg

    Supper- 2 hard boiled eggs

    Supplements *check*

2 more days till the weekend!

Congratulations on the continued weight loss! Hope you are well despite the curve balls life throws sometimes. Impressive how you keep dropping the weight off - I have been pretty much at a standstill for over a month. Time to get more intentional and focused again... let us know how you are doing when you come up for air.
