:P Starting to think weekend updates are just not going to happen too much in the summer. I'll probably move to a model of what I ate that wasn't primal over posts that I don't put up. Thankfully this weekend was 100% primal so I'm happy to report that.
Journal for Yesterday
B- Coconut milkshake with 1 whole banana, strawberries, coconut milk, cocoa
L- Leftover Taco Stew (essentially I made more of what went on top of the potaco and took the leftovers for lunch, 1/2 avocado.
D- 2 chicken thighs, BAS with almond butter dressing, 1 square lindt 90
Supplements and Exercise were both missed unless you want to count my 2 hours out in the sun cleaning my car as exercise and vitamin D
So yesterday I had 2 people that I see regularly (Co worker and next door neighbour) walk up to me and comment that they could see the difference in me. Once is a nice to have... but two people made me feel good! Must mean that there is a noticeable difference.

Short Term Goal: Happy brain, figure out direction in life.
Met Goal: Be a 2x Shirt, Fit in a standard airplane seat belt without the use of a seat belt extension, Better sleep, Be a 1x Shirt
Long Term Goal: 166lbs (One day!), Buy whatever cloths I want to wear.
