Yeah, I'm not too worried but still... BALLSACK!

I'd love to make the 101lbs year end goal goal on my 1 year paleoversary instead of on new years eve... that just makes it that much tighter.

You're on! And that sounds like a great way to spend Father's Day.

Well, if you make it, great! And if you don't, well, you're still doing marvellously well, so there is just no way to be a loser in this equation. Gotta love it.

That may or may not have been the first time I have heard the word 'ballsack' used in this fashion. And by a nice church going christian boy, no less!
Either way, it made me grin

Thanks all for the encouragement! And big laugh out to tricia! :P You're too funny sometimes!

    Food for yesterday

Breakfast- Slice of slow cooked roast with mustard

Lunch- Slice of slow cooked roast, chicken breast, 1/2 massive avacado

Dinner- Went out to sushi with a buddy. AYCE of course The only foods I'd be concerned about was dinner (ice cream and a piece of fried banana) other than that I usually let sushi go as far as being or not being paleo.

    Exercise- Nil

I was at Half-Price Books last night, and saw a cookbook titled: Balls!
All kinds of meat balls, fish balls, veggie balls, chicken balls.
    Thought of you.

You know, Ecks, it seems to me we are due for a progress photo.
