Food journal for yesterday (I'm so far behind!)
Breakfast- Slow cooker roast beef and eggs with sour cream, salt, and fresh parsley (best eggs I've EVER had!)
Snack? (cant really call it lunch) bulletproof coffee with 1tbsp butter 2 tbsp mct
Dinner- 4 ribs (finally finished them!)
At book study (yes, I'm doing a book club/study deal as an attempt to meet people) some watermelon, carrots and cherries
Breakfast- roast beef, bulletproof coffee
Lunch- roast beef, 2 cups veggies
Dinner- Spicy lemon and pork rind chicken wings, asparagus. 2 pieces of lindt 90.

Short Term Goal: Happy brain, figure out direction in life.
Met Goal: Be a 2x Shirt, Fit in a standard airplane seat belt without the use of a seat belt extension, Better sleep, Be a 1x Shirt
Long Term Goal: 166lbs (One day!), Buy whatever cloths I want to wear.
