So the first sunday of the month weighin comes with numbers- measuring tapewise... So here goes
Body Area || Last Month - This Month = Inches Gained/Lost
Neck || 16.5"-16.5"=0
Chest || 48"-47"=1" loss
Abdomin || 53"- 53" =0
Hips || 49"-48"=1" loss
Arm || 19"- 17.5" = 1.5" loss
Thigh || 30" - 29" = 1"loss
Seems fairly even over all. Happy guy either way!!
Food journal (was going to blog about my day which was pretty awesome but eh... not feelin the bloggin so much right now)
Breakfast - IF until I could get myself measured
Lunch- 2 orange peppers stuffed with ground beef, onion, cauliflower, eggplant covered in tomato sauce and slow cooked
Dinner- Chunk of steak and some pork rinds.

Current Weight as of December 4th, 2013: 239
Short Term Goal: Happy brain, figure out direction in life.
Met Goal: Be a 2x Shirt, Fit in a standard airplane seat belt without the use of a seat belt extension, Better sleep, Be a 1x Shirt
Long Term Goal: 166lbs (One day!), Buy whatever cloths I want to wear.
