Ecks, I'm kind of all over the map when it comes to weighing. When I'm doing fairly well, frequent weighing is interesting and motivating. If I find it is discouraging me and stressing me out, then I quit for as long as it takes to get my balance back. My clothes and other things will show me if I'm on the right track. I'm glad you've found a way (a weigh, heh) that is working for you now.
