Lamb burgers sound like fun!

I'm with you on temps though. Especially if it's humid, which it tends to be around here.

Actually, I think lamb burgers sound great too... with rosemary and garlic, served with Dijon... They didn't have ground lamb at my grocery store.

I season and cook them almost the same way I do lamb chops. Lemon juice, rosemary, olive oil, garlic, little sea salt and pepper, and some Sweet Pea Apple wine. Just a little bit of the wine. It's good stuff when it sits in the fridge for a few hours, but it's still good just freshly mixed.

It's sort of normal for this time of year. We were in a drought last year, so the heat was just about completely unbearable. Thankfully we have plenty of pools around here. I can't wait till our apartment ones open up! BBQ and pool time!

Soo cold... :S Weather has been nice but not overly nice today. think we hit a high of 15 degrees C today(which is I think around 62F or so) but has otherwise been around 9C... Brr

@pam didn't get around to getting that Icecream. I should soon though!! I got the taste of lamb in and now I want more! Picked some up from my butchers booth at the market today but didn't make it around to his store.

@alesse I'll trade with you?? Your unbearably hot for my cold and rainy?? Whuddo you say?

Food journal

Breakfast- just a bit of summer sausage and regular supplements

Lunch- Big ass salad with guac instead of dressing, 3 pieces of lindt 90, 1 chicken thigh

Dinner- 1 chicken thigh

Post evening church- some pork rinds

So my "no weigh" april is over... no more excuses... Time to step on the scale... Dun dun DUN!!!

And the verdict... 275.0!!! Down from the 283.4 (which for my newer followers was a gain over 1 week from 282.4).

Big decision for me now is that because I loved having a no weigh (read: less stress) april I've gotta decide how I'll weigh myself for the future. I think I'm going to go with a 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month model. It seems fitting.
