Meal 2- grazing over veggies and a couple pieces of lunch ham

Life lately has been a crap ton of interviews, meetings, character assessments, and mingle events. So darn busy! But feeling good. I'm really and I mean REALLY liking the idea of the cruise ship. Going to talk to my pastor tonight about it but I'm going to seriously think about dropping it all and just going for the ship. I've had a few job offers but none where I felt really called.

Glad to see that you are staying strong on your Whole 30. I have decided to do one beginning in January. Am committed to staying Primal this month but don't think I can swing the Whole 30 until the Christmas festivities are over. I wish you all the best in making a decision with regard to your job choices. Your heart, gut, instinct, whatever you call it will lead you on the right path, along with prayer of course.

Thanks Clarkie!! I'm curious to see how this week plays out. I have an interview just down the road on Gage street and I'll be curious as to whether or not it'll be worth taking (that is if the offer is up!)

    Whole 30 Day 28

Meal 1 - Pork chop, almost a pint of cherry tomatos

Meal 2- 5 Hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, big bowl of spicy guacamole that also contained an additional 3 slices of bacon (Avocado, white onion, cilantro, tomato, bacon, franks red, salt, mustard). The guac was delicious but oddly enough gave me big mac breath. It's been at least 3 years since I've had a big mac but I can remember that uncomfortable feeling after eating one like it was yesterday

So uhh... 2 days left on the whole30. I'm not sure what I wanted to really gain out of this except for to put my health on track while my parents were gone. They should be back soon as well (though I don't know when) so I've gotta get the house in tip top and all that.

Congrats on the Whole30! That is quite an accomplishment.

Seems like you have created your own special sauce...you need a paleo fast food outlet now!

Hey now that sounds like an awesome idea! A Paleo restaurant! Do you think there are enough Paleo folk in our neck of the woods to make it fly Ecks? I would definitely be your best customer. Let us know how the interview goes.

Just as a heads-up, there's a paleo food truck downtown here, and people say they're doing pretty well. They also do some monthly meal delivery plans.

Caveman Cafeteria, in Denver, if you're wanting to research it some.

Mr Anthony! Welcome over! I'm starting to see more paleo options sprouting around this area too! I'm loving it! There is a cafe in town that does paleo meal options

So today is my last day of whole30!!! Woo! I don't even feel the urge to "break" my whole30 right away. Feel like I'd be better to wait until the food comes my way outside of the plan instead of going out of my way to get it. The first break will likely be thursday at McCabes pub. Mmmm... they have the best wings and chips I'll also be doing an update weigh in tomorrow. I don't think it'll be too far off from my weigh in on the 22nd but it'll be the last for the year. Feeling amazing for getting this far!

    Whole 30 Day 29

Meal 1 - (at Works Burger) Beef burger (no bun) with fried onions, horse radish, bacon, and mustard. Side of brocoli

Meal 2- (more of a big snack)- Grass fed roast beef slices from vincenzo's

Meal 3- More roast beef slices and a pack of seaweed (Ingredients: sea weed, olive oil, salt, chipoltle spice)

I'm honestly getting UUBER excited for the prospect of the cruise ship. It's gone from being a backup to being the forefront. The way I put it to someone today was "Unless I find a job worth giving up a dream I'm going on that cruise ship". I've only had one of those so far- and I didn't get it. I think the boat is the way to go!

Loving the sound of this cruise ship, if you have an in then go for it

Great work on the Whole-30. I'm interested in the idea, but I'm thinking I'll save it for when my efforts might need a boost. Looking forward to the update!
