Sidebar! I hit jackpot on awesome sleep. I think it's down to an art.

    What I'm doing pre sleep:

-Not eating at least 2 hours before bed
    -1tbsp raw local honey
    -1tbsp mct oil
    -450mg of Magnesium Citrate
    -60mg Zinc-
-Grounding strap I use this one specifically because it has a button like snap to connect and disconnect the wrist strap (for the times when I get up to pee and don't want to fumble with getting the wrist strap on and off in the dark.) I have it clamped onto the ground wire of a cable (with the positive and negative feeds cut off completely so I don't electrocute myself)

All in all I'm sleeping deeper, waking up earlier, and just feeling amazing! I rarely get up to pee if I do at all (I used to be a 2-3 times a night guy). Makes me happy

I'll do the instructional soon and just it here. You've got the rest of the formula from my last post. I just had to make the grounding strap because shit if I'm paying 140$ with my current income for half a bedsheet.

Asking for prayers! I have big news that I can't share online because I don't know who may be reading this blog... you can probably guess what it is (Just don't guess here) and whatever your guess is is probably right- pray for that guess. (Worse comes to worse your prayers bring other blessings my way ) - Oh gosh... I can hear my buddy byron in the back of my head going "pray for a wife!" because he always makes that joke at bible study... and then does it . It's not prayer for a wife though that would never hurt

Okay, I'm praying for a wife for you and everything else unmentionable That ought to do it. Well, maybe I ought to start with a girlfriend instead of a wife. It's not really an instant process. Tee hee. She is fun and intelligent and warm and friendly and is all for primal and interested in many of the things you do and your parents love her

As for direction in life, good luck! I think I'm older than you, and I'm still working on it. Today, I want to work on my organic vegetable farm and be able to feed people who are hungry. Big pots of chicken vegetable soup for a village. Hmm! Wow! A farm. Yes. With some milk cows -- fresh, grass feed, organic cheese and cream! That would be utterly cool.

    Thinking of you!
