Ecks, do you buy your duck fat retail or do you render it yourself? If retail, where do you buy it?

Both! I eat my rendered stuff first then go to the jarred stuff when I run out of rendered.

Us canucks don't get wicked chains like whole foods and trader joes so I go to 2 mom and pop shops in town for my duck fat: Brady's and Vincenzo's

Been away for a few days... Started feeling sick for the first time in over a year on sunday... turns out I'm actually sick. Coping- and outside of some sorbet kept everything paleo

    Hope all are well.

Sorry to hear you're sick but happy to hear the paleo wagon is rolling well.

Hope you get better man, I may have missed it, but did you ever get off that plateau? I only ask cause it feels like my weight lost is already stuck and I wonder what you might advise?

Sup tike. Still on the plateau. It's going to drop until spring rolls around. Just wait another month or so and you'll see it go again. I went through the same thing last year. Between nov 2011 and january 2012 I dropped a solid 40 some odd pounds then didn't see anything again til april. It's part of our bodies natural hibernation.

Turmeric tea? Ain't that soup? I've had a cold more than a week now, I might just give that a try. I assume it's hot water and turmeric, anything else?
