Both! I eat my rendered stuff first then go to the jarred stuff when I run out of rendered.
Us canucks don't get wicked chains like whole foods and trader joes so I go to 2 mom and pop shops in town for my duck fat: Brady's and Vincenzo's

Hope all are well.

Hope you get better man, I may have missed it, but did you ever get off that plateau? I only ask cause it feels like my weight lost is already stuck and I wonder what you might advise?
I am Paleo-man and bacon is my utility belt! To the steak-mobile!!!

Sup tike. Still on the plateau. It's going to drop until spring rolls around. Just wait another month or so and you'll see it go again. I went through the same thing last year. Between nov 2011 and january 2012 I dropped a solid 40 some odd pounds then didn't see anything again til april. It's part of our bodies natural hibernation.
